In preparation for our year to come, the Ratafia is hiring a full-time employee to join our kitchen!

Operating hours:
Spring, Fall, Winter
Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to late (kitchen closes at 11pm)
Summer
Monday to Friday from 4pm to late (kitchen closes at 11pm)

Working in a wine bar that specializes in plated desserts is a lot of work! We are professionals, we are known for our quality salty and sweet dishes and we have high expectations and standards, but it's worth it! We love to put the spotlight on the members of our team, and to offer an environment where they can flourish and push themselves to improve. For the right candidate, the Ratafia is definitely a business that will allow you to go far, to reach professional goals and have a lot of fun along the way!

Requirements
What we are looking for:
-Pastry background (specialization/experience in plated desserts) OR background in savoury in a similar style restaurant.
-Fun and open-minded attitude
-Motivation to integrate with the team and to honour the values of our business
-Creativity +++
-Razor-sharp attention to details
-Team player
-Available 4 days a week
-Willingness to join the team and take part. Not a "punch in, punch out" employee
-Long term hire. We rarely search for employees so we want someone that is in it for the long haul.
-Openness to criticism/new ideas/teamwork
