Hello, 
I have been in the industry for many years. 
I have worked as a Maitre D' in Montreal and Vancouver in fast pace  high end restaurants for years. I as well have management experience in Europe in smaller units.
I am good with most of the software used in the industry ( Micros, Maitre D', Squirrel, Imenupro etc... )
