I am seeking a full-time position. I graduated from Universidad Latina de America with a degree in gastronomy and opened up my own restaurant in Morelia, Mexico. After a year, I sold my share because I took a position as restaurant assistant manager at Club Med Ixtapa, Mexico, and since then I have been working for Club Med at various resorts in their F&B department.
 I am looking to move to Montreal. I speak fluent English and Spanish and an intermediate level French. As I mention before, I have experience working in the kitchen, bar, customer service and in management.
I was a valuable asset to the teams I worked with during my work placements, and I believe I make a strong candidate for future positions.
