I am a simple person, who does what she has to do, I am fast, I never stop, always there to resolve bad situations or to give a smile to a dissatisfied customer if he has any ... I help the servers  as a hostess at jack astor's at the bar too!  my mother already had a caterer when I was 8 years old .. I have been in the catering business long enough to tell you that you will never see me without action and without smiling!!
