To whom this may concern,

My name is Fernando. I have been working in the hospitality industry for 5+ years. I discovered my passion for the industry whilst at Concordia University.  Since, I've held positions in different establishments, Including; restaurants, bars, a hotel and at the TD place Stadium in Ottawa. Two years ago I started a venture with some partners. We opened the doors to Burrito Borracho Montreal in 2017 (a casual dining with authentic mexican cuisine and a large selection of Tequila and Mezcal) and I managed the operations for the first two years. 

After two years managing the daily operations of my business, I sold my shares of the restaurant and moved on to Mixology. Working behind the bars of top of the line establishments like Jerome Ferrer Europea and the W-Hotel Montreal. 
Due to Covid19 the hotel was forced to close F&B operations until November 2020 and I can't wait that long. I also want to return to managing since I know it's what I was born to do.

I am comfortable working under stress and at a fast pace. I am a team player and I understand the needs of all positions in the operations of a Restaurant (bar, foh and boh)

Conveniently I live on Crescent street between Sherbrooke and Maissoneuve. I speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
