Hi,
My name is Jesse and I've been working in Muskoka as a Chef de Partie and my contract ends November 1st. Another chef and I are moving to Montreal the 1st week of November so I am looking ahead for work. This year I have directed a breakfast buffet and executed a small breakfast a la carte menu. I have the ability to learn any section I am given and love to learn new recipes.
