A results-oriented, Senior Management Executive with more than 20 years of experience
leading and building teams that create and deliver innovative experiences for customers,
and facilities solutions with the best practices and trends in evolving and emerging
markets.
I have a proven track record of combining creativity and strategy to drive measurable
business results. As a collaborative leader and team member, I build trusted relationships
between internal and external stakeholders through active communication and
transparency.
My work spans across Development, sales, design, execution, delivery and maintenance of
high impact projects. These projects have been executed in the line of events - marketing
and Architecture and Engineering projects. I have developed and led teams that execute
projects in companies in the Telecommunications, Bank-Financial, Insurance, Health,
Public, Consumption, Pharmaceutical and other sectors. Our goal it's develop projects
that humanize and connect brands with consumers with strong emphasis in experiences,
digital, experiential marketing, sponsorships and public relation.
In addition, my diverse experience with different multicultural companies has given me a
unique business perspective of what I refer to as a culture-first approach; which
translates into an appetite for discovering and engaging with diverse people and
influencers. I am naturally curious and have an interest in what shapes and defines
cultures across a spectrum of communities. I respect differences but most importantly
leverage those differences to infuse innovation, challenge the status quo and engage in
conversation that advances these topics forward.
