I am a highly motivated and professional cook driven by my pride in my work and my goal of bettering my skills.
Formally educated in Toronto, the majority of my experience has been in Ontario. I spent a year cooking in Hudson, QC,
away from the noise of the big city. I spent a couple months outside of the culinary industry, and I’ve spent a couple more than a months in lockdown. Now I miss cooking.
