I have been working in restaurants since I was a child, working every position from dishwasher, server, bartender, food expo, manager, hiring, training, consulting, wine + beer events. I take great pleasure in food service and making guests have a special experience every time they come back by exceeding expectations and learning their dining preferences. The key is listening to your customer and asking the right questions; as well as proper communication and preparations with supporting staff members. I have traveled to many different countries and experienced different styles of cuisine and service helping bring a diverse background to what I am able to offer and create. I am a very open person, I can appreciate many different perspectives and love to learn what inspires others.
