We are seeking an experienced and professional waiter/waitress and hostess to join our team at an upscale restaurant.
Exigences
Foe waiter/waitress Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale dining environment
-Must be bilingual English and French)
-Strong knowledge of wine and sake is essential
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
-Must be punctual, reliable, and well-groomed
Hostess
-Previous experience in a similar role preferred
-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Ability to manage reservations and seating flow efficiently
-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
-Must be punctual, reliable, and well-groomed
Responsibilities:
-Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, friendly attitude
-Managing reservations and waitlists
-Coordinating seating arrangements and assisting with guest flow
-Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries
-Supporting the front-of-house team as needed
