Job Description
Le Moleskine is looking for a Pizzaiolo, Apprentice Pizzaiolo, or Cook to join the dynamic team at Moleskine – Time Out Market, located in downtown Montreal.
The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, motivated, and eager to learn or further develop their skills in the art of pizza making and baking, in a high-volume open-kitchen environment.
Schedule

Availability required Monday to Saturday, daytime and/or evening

Shifts: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 11:00 PM

Double shifts can be required
Candidate Profile

Requirements
Previous kitchen experience or relevant culinary education
Minimum 1 year of culinary experience (required)
Food Safe / SafeCheck / Food Handler certification or equivalent (required)
Proficiency in English and French (required)
