Tasks:

·       Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
• Track sales performance and assist with improving restaurant operations and profitability.

Skills Requirements

Education:

Secondary education is usually required or equivalent experience. Food Safety and Smart Serve Certificate is a must.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in the food service sector is required.
