This individual plays a key role in creating the customer experience by ensuring the quality of dishes, leading the kitchen team, and managing the daily operations efficiently.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Develop menus and dining options in line with the Bistro and Bar's identity, in collaboration with management;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Create new culinary offerings that blend creativity, profitability, and quality;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure quality, speed of execution, consistency, and presentation of dishes;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Organize the mise en place and supervise the smooth running of services;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage the kitchen and dishwashing team: recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and scheduling;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure effective and engaging communication with the team;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Place orders, manage inventory, and maintain relationships with suppliers;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Control costs related to raw materials and labor;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain a structured, positive, and efficient work environment.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Desired Profile</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Significant experience as a Head Chef;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent technical skills and developed culinary creativity;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Inspiring leadership, sense of responsibility, and team spirit;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">High level of autonomy and ability to effectively manage a kitchen;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent organization and ability to manage pressure during busy periods;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Strong attention to product quality and detail;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ability to make decisions and solve unforeseen issues quickly.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>You are the person we are looking for if…</strong></p><p class="text-node">You enjoy building a strong team, sharing your passion for cooking, and providing a memorable experience with every dish.
