I'm a professional cook with a strong passion for gastronomy and entrepreneurship. Currently I've been working in the catering industry, doing cocktail parties, wedding, anniversaries, all the way to large scale events like the prix gémeaux, Formula 1, and Tennis Canada. Recently, in my role, I look to ensure the smooth operations of every event, from the quality of the food, the work of the kitchen team, and the success of every service .I enjoy the dynamic challenges of running  catering events, from menu planning to customer relations, all while aiming to create memorable moments for our clients.
