I am a Mexican Civil engineer with a working visa for a year (it can be renewed). I am here to practice my speaking French. While I don’t have many years in restaurant business when I started working in Cosmopolitan bar I started out as a barback glassy and in one month or maybe even less they gave me the opportunity of becoming a barman. I learned really fast and I even got some flair habilities. In this moment I just want to be away of construction projects and enjoy life while serving the best cocktails in town.
