My passion for cooking and my experience is mainly mix of French and Asian influenced. I have worked in other countries as a cook to develop my skills and inspiration. I am always eager to absorb new knowledge and skills. I have a friendly personality which allows me to work well with others as a team. I am very focused and dedicated to my work. I do not speak a lot of French, but will be taking lessons here in Montreal.  Mainly for myself but also to live and grow in this city.
