My food capabilities spans through multiple cultures such as French, Italian, Pan Asian, Japanese, Canadian, Quebecois, Irish and British. 

Working with dietary concerns has become second nature through professional and personal experiences. Understanding the nutritional benefits of plant based proteins over animal and the required culinary skill will aid development of many unique and beautiful recipes. 

Through a passion for the culinary arts and keen understanding of the industry, I offer a solid record of leading training activities and cultivating dedicated teams focused on quality, presentation, cost management, and compliance procedures.

While my passion is in the kitchen, I have also developed the skills required to construct technical documents and writing content for business and marketing purposes, including recipes and skills. This experience has allowed me to broaden my communication skills and my ability to successfully teach others.
