I fell in love with food, growing up on my parents farm. Later on I started my culinary journey with a job training as a chef in Germany. After that I followed my passion for fine dining and started to work on some of the country's best Michelin Restaurants. The highlight of this journey was by far, my position as Junior Souschef in three star Michelin awarded restaurant "Rutz" in Berlin. 
The last three years I worked for a startup, which connected local farmers and chefs in the city. This position helped me to get a deeper understanding and appreciation for the importance of locally sourced food and products.
