Wages: $28.85 hour, 32 hours per week

Main duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
· Oversee dietary restrictive orders
· Covering for executive pastry chefs on their days off

Exigences
Education and Skills Requirements:
· Completion or the equivalent of Canadian secondary school
· Good Communication in English
· Positive attitude at work
· Food Safe Level 1
· Minimum of four years kitchen experience
