Title of the position- Sushi Chef – NOC 62200
Job duties-
- Preparing and cooking complete meals / specialty foods, in particular Japanese Kaiseki and sushi.
- Instructing line cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
- Assisting in creating new recipes and planning menus
- Supervising cooks and other kitchen staff
- Ordering food and kitchen supplies.
Terms of employment: Permanent full time;
Benefits: one free meal per day
Language of work- English
Wages: $ 20/hr, full time, permanent position (40hrs / week).
Location of work: 38105 SECOND AVE SQUAMISH B.C. V8B 0C4
